Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied for any reason, you are welcome to return your item to us. Our return policy extends to both domestic and international orders.

Please note: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: Items purchased using cash on delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unworn and unaltered. All items sold by us are 100% brand new and authentic.

Please note: Items returned for a refund are not eligible for a return label. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. All returns must have an RA# prior to return.

All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual, and warranty card before a refund is processed. Items determined to have been worn, altered, or damaged will be sent back and no refund will be issued. Please bear in mind any original shipping fee is non-refundable (if applicable). Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.

Eligiblity

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective Items: If the item you receive is defective, please contact us immediately to initiate a return.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please reach out to us right away to arrange a return.

To process a return, please ensure that you contact us within the designated inspection period after delivery. For defective or incorrect items, we will guide you through the return process and, upon receipt of the returned item, issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Please Note: You must provide strong evidence to support your return request. This will help ensure a smoother and more efficient processing of your claim. We are the sole authority in approving or rejecting return requests and will not involve any third parties in this process.

Inspection Period

Upon confirmation from our logistics partner that your shipment has been delivered and marked as such on the online tracking system, you have 24 hours to inspect the item thoroughly during the designated inspection period. Please check for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. If you find any issues or are unsatisfied, contact us immediately through the contact form to initiate the return process. Please note that you may only request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) during the inspection period.

Return Label

For your return, please arrange shipment through a reliable logistics service provider. Ensure the shipment is insured for the item's value and offers online tracking. Customers must send the shipment with paid duty fees. Please note, the return label is the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, our company will not assume responsibility for customs clearance of returned shipments.

Return to Sender

Should any package be returned to the sender without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) for any reason, the return cost will be deducted from the purchaser's refund. Additionally, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Process

STEP 1

Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by completing the contact form. Remember that the item must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. All returns must have an RA# prior to return.

STEP 2

Ship your return to the designated address on your return email with the carrier of your choice via insured, traceable delivery. Please make sure to include all materials from your order, such as original paperwork and free gifts. The insurance amount should be equal to the price paid for the item. Make sure your RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box. Please note: Returns are accepted within 10 days of issuing your Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Important Notice

To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in good condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.

  • If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
  • If possible, please provide a photo or video of the issue when contacting customer service. This would greatly expedite the process.
  • Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, our company will not accept the returned item.

In short, www.a9bouitque.com cannot replace or refund an item when:

  • The item has been worn
  • The tags/factory tape has been removed
  • The product has been sized

Exchanges

We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new order should be placed for replacement items.
